As an extension of my academic project, I was a part of a workshop jointly organized by the National Institute of Design, India and Institute for Information Design, Japan in Tokyo, Japan. This ‘systems thinking’ based workshop was an exercise in observing and analysing a foreign culture. The objective was to analyse interaction patterns and induce communication using public spaces, local trade centres and storytelling.

This group project, resulted in several service based products which would encourage spontaneous and engaging communication in public spaces.

Deliverables : Service design.
