Pfizer’s Hospira division required effective knowledge sharing and management across its geographically distributed workforce. To create a solution for this challenge they approached Emotome. Thorough stakeholder mapping, information analysis, data categorisation and UX strategy was created to visualise PCA infusion pump related data sets using an interactive visualization. This visualisation styled knowledge portal allowed users to identify recent updates, product references, and related resources.
As part of the design team working on this project, I created the primary assets for the interactive visualisation. As each data set was related to important medical data or product upgradation, the visualisation had to be thorough accurate and at the same time a schematic representation of a nurse’s typical interactions with the PCA infusion pump.
