FUTURE OF HOSPITALITY

This UX framework was conceptualised while reimagining the various processes related to hospitality industry and introducing technology interventions in them to create seamless & efficient platform for hospitality service providers and their guests to interact. The interactions and feedback in the system were designed to reduce friction so that it can be easily adapted by the industry as well as its customers.

Thorough research via planned and contextual interviews and exercises with stakeholders was conducted to derive the key areas of focus for the system. Future of hospitality is an interconnected technology based solution with several moving parts. Industry operations are made efficient using technology interventions like  RFID tags for inventory management, biometrics for access and so on. The customer enjoys the seamless usage of the same data sets via an intuitive mobile app which allows them to do multiple actions related to their stay and specific to their current location.
